Dr. Dobash has been practicing dentistry in Peoria, Arizona for over 25+ years. He was born and raised in Arizona and has lived in the west valley most of his life. He attended Maryvale High School in Phoenix before transferring and graduating from Independence High School in Glendale. He also attended Glendale Community College and Arizona State University. He graduated from the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry (with honors-top 10%) in 1990. In 2011and 2016, Dr. Dobash was recognized in Phoenix Magazine as a “Top Dentist.”
Dr. Dobash met his wife, Janelle, while they were seniors in high school. They have been married 30+ years and have two children. In his free time, Dr. Dobash enjoys reading, fishing, hiking, movies, and yardwork/gardening. He also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and three rescue dogs.

My practice philosophy is simply to follow the “Golden Rule.” I believe in treating every patient as I would like to be treated or as if the patient were one of my own family members.
For many people going to the dentist can be scary and daunting. I do my best to put people at ease. I truly enjoy meeting, talking to, and getting to know my patients. As a result, I love my job and the people I meet. An added benefit is that patients state they feel at ease and comfortable in my office.
When talking to patients about dentistry, I like to explain treatment options in terms that are easily understood. I want patients to understand what and why treatment may be needed. I also don’t mind questions. The old saying, “There is no such thing as a dumb question” applies!
I am conscientious of scheduling only one patient at a time and staying on schedule. There are times, however, when a patient comes in with an emergency and we “work” the patient into the schedule. Please know that if you are a patient of record who is having an emergency, we will always offer to see you immediately.

Dr. Dobash takes continuing education courses, enabling him to stay current on the latest technological advances in cutting edge dentistry. In addition, Dr. Dobash only utilizes quality, local dental laboratories. Infection control in the office is of utmost importance. All instruments and equipment are sterilized to the highest standards after every patient visit. Dr. Dobash and his staff clean and prepare the treatment area as if they will be the next patient!
Dr. Dobash takes pride in the many, positive reviews he has received online. He feels he has the greatest patients! He believes the importance of communication between himself and the patient is paramount.
In 2011and 2016, Dr. Dobash was recognized in Phoenix Magazine as a “Top Dentist.” This honor was the result of a survey of his peers in the dental profession. Phoenix Magazine states that peers in the dental profession are best qualified to judge the best in their field. Dr. Dobash refers out to dental specialists only when he feels it is necessary, and he refers to specialists that he views as the top in their field.
OFFICE
Upon phoning or visiting our office, you will be greeted by our front office staff. Malisse and Cathy will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your account, billing, fees, services, and insurance billing questions. Both Malisse and Cathy have worked in the dental field for over 35 years and contribute their invaluable experience to our office. Janelle is Dr. Dobash’s wife and has worked in the office part-time during the 25+ years that Dr. Dobash has practiced.
When having your teeth cleaned, you will be seen by one of our two experienced hygienists. Casandra is our full-time hygienist, and Janne is our part-time hygienist. They both are gentle and thorough when cleaning teeth, as well as pleasant and personable. Besides making your teeth clean and sparkly, their goal is to educate patients about proper care and maintenance of your teeth and gums. Both will make you feel comfortable while in their care!

We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
For patients with insurance, we will gladly file a claim with your insurance company. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to visiting our office and verify that you are able to see Dr. Dobash with your particular insurance plan. At the time of your visit, we will collect your estimated portion, which generally consists of any deductible and co-payments for the services performed. Please understand that this is an estimate. After the insurance has paid, you will be billed for any remaining balance or sent a refund for any credit balance.
We also offer outside financing through Care Credit. This financing plan allows you to finance your dental work with a credit company upon approved credit. They offer no-interest 6 and 12-month plans as well as low interest 24, 36, 48, and 60-month plans with low monthly payment options. Once approved for a Care Credit card, there are many different types of providers that accept Care Credit as a form of payment.
